Are you struggling? Do you feel lost or alone? Are are facing a difficult transition or at a loss for how to find your own life path? I am here to listen, provide support and help you get on track for the life you want. My style is casual, laid-back, and sincere. I offer practical, strengths-based, solution-focused interventions that focus primarily on the present situation -- but also explore your past history if it appears to be impacting your present. My counseling approach is ecclectic and always focuses on each person's unique strengths.

Some people come in wanting to talk, others to hear my observations. Some want to vent or cry, some to be able to get angry, and others prefer to silently express themselves through art or poetry. Whatever your individual style or preference, I would be honored to be a part of your journey.

Studies show that it is often more relaxing and easier to talk to a counselor in the presence of a companion animal. I have a loveable registered therapy dog, a black labrador named "Moses." If you are interested in having him join us for a session, please let me know.
